When you use the "Talk to Our Team" form, request a sample, or use the AI Surface Advisor, we collect the name, phone number, email address and project details you provide.

If you use the Room Visualiser, we collect the room photo you upload for the duration needed to generate your preview.

We do not currently use analytics or tracking cookies on this site.

To respond to your enquiry and follow up on sample requests.

To generate surface recommendations through the AI Surface Advisor, drawn only from our verified product catalog.

To generate Room Visualiser previews from a photo you choose to upload.

To improve the accuracy and usefulness of the Advisor and Visualiser over time.

We do not sell your data. To provide the Advisor and Visualiser, parts of your query or photo pass through the following processors, strictly to generate a response for you:

Groq — language model inference for Advisor conversations.

Anthropic (Claude) — used for more complex reasoning and catalog processing.

OpenAI — image generation for Room Visualiser previews.

Supabase — database hosting for our product catalog and enquiry records.

ZeroEntropy — search relevance ranking for catalog matches.

None of these providers are permitted to use your data to train their own models on our behalf, and none receive more than the specific query, photo or catalog data needed to complete that request.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing gmlasurface@gmail.com.
